Yes, for the small business and freelancer kit workbooks, when you unlock them with credits or buy them for $2: they come with a Commercial licence, so you can use them in your business and client work. Downloads through All-Access Monthly come with a Personal licence. You cannot resell the workbook itself.
Do the spreadsheets need Excel?
They are made for Excel as standard XLSX workbooks. Other spreadsheet apps can open XLSX files, but charts, colours and the protected Dashboard can look different there. You also get a blank copy with the same formulas.
