How we make things
Last updated
Pocketshelf is a small independent shop. We look for the small, everyday snags that cost people time, then make lightweight things that fix them. Here is how an item gets onto the shelf.
Why it is small
Tingi is the Filipino word for buying one small unit at a time, the way you would at a sari-sari counter. Pocketshelf works the same way: one small fix at a time, for 1 or 2 credits.
The four steps
Spot the pain point
We start from the small, everyday snags that cost people time, and keep a list of the ones that come up again and again.
Make the lightest fix
We design the smallest thing that solves it well: a one-page worksheet, a prompt pack for one job, a spreadsheet that does the math for you. No bloat, nothing you have to learn first.
Test it
We check answers against the questions, check that formulas calculate correctly, and scan for placeholder text and broken formatting. Anything that fails goes back to be fixed.
Check it before it ships
Nothing goes on the shelf until it has been approved for release. If you still find a problem, use Report a problem or email support@pocketshelf.store.
