What's a credit?
One credit unlocks a 1-credit item. Most items cost 1 or 2 credits and some kits cost 5 to 15. You keep everything you unlock.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the day you receive them. We list expiring credits in your wallet before they go.
What's the difference between owning and All-Access?
Unlocking with credits means you own that item forever. All-Access lets you download anything while your plan is active, up to 200 downloads a month. Items you unlocked stay yours if you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
If an item is broken or not as described, request a refund within 7 days of unlocking it and the credits go back to your wallet. Card refunds are handled by email. See the refund policy for details.
Is tax included?
Tax is calculated at checkout by Creem, our merchant of record.
