Refund policy

Last updated

If an item is broken or not what we described, you can get your credits back yourself within 7 days.

How it works

  1. Open your library and choose Request refund on the item.
  2. Pick a reason (Broken file or Not as described) and add 10 to 500 characters of detail.
  3. We give the credits back as store credit right away and remove the item from your library. We also open a report so we can fix the item.

What you get back

  • Items bought with credits: the credits you spent. A direct $2 purchase comes back as 2 credits.
  • A collection is refunded as a whole. You get the credits you spent on it and only the items that purchase unlocked are removed.
  • Refunded credits are a new lot, valid 12 months from the refund date.
  • Self-serve refunds go back as store credit. Credits have no cash value.
  • If you need a refund to your card instead, email support@pocketshelf.store within 14 days of the purchase and we will look at each request. Card refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record.

Limits

  • The 7 days start when you unlocked or bought the item.
  • Free items and items you downloaded through All-Access are not refundable, because you did not pay credits for them.
  • You can request up to 3 self-serve refunds in any rolling 30 days. After that, use Report a problem and we will review it.

Report a problem

Something else wrong: an error in the content, a copyright concern, anything? Open the item page and use Report a problem, or email support@pocketshelf.store. Signed-in reports go straight to our review queue, and an item with three open reports is flagged for a second look.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your subscription page and you keep access until the period ends. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@pocketshelf.store and we will put it right, including a refund to your card where it is due.
