Terms of use
Last updated
Pocketshelf sells small digital files for credits. These terms are short on purpose. If something is unclear, email support@pocketshelf.store.
Who we are
Pocketshelf is run by Raymund Adrian Rafael, an individual based in the Philippines. Questions, problems and requests: support@pocketshelf.store. We reply within 3 business days.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record. Creem may appear on your card statement, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts.
The service
Pocketshelf is a store of small digital items: prompt packs, cheat sheets, spreadsheets, worksheets and similar files. You browse for free, and you sign in with your email to unlock or download anything.
Pocketshelf is the only seller. There are no third-party sellers on the shelf.
Credits
Credits are how you pay. 1 credit is about $1 at the smallest pack. Most items cost 1 or 2 credits and a few are free.
- Credits are valid 12 months from the date they were added, then they expire. This applies to each top-up, grant and refund separately.
- When you spend, we use the soonest-expiring credits first.
- Credits have no cash value. Self-serve refunds are store credit; card refunds are handled by email under the refund policy.
- We can add credits to your wallet (a promo code, a goodwill grant, a refund). Those follow the same 12-month rule unless the code says a shorter time.
Buying and keeping items
When you unlock an item with credits or buy it directly, it is yours to keep and download again from your library. Items you got with an All-Access subscription stay available while the subscription is active.
Every download includes a LICENSE.txt with the licence that applies to that download. The licence page explains which licence you get and when.
All-Access subscription
- Monthly is $6 per month and Annual is $39 per year (save 46%).
- Fair use: up to 200 different items per calendar month (UTC). Downloading the same item again that month does not count again, and items you own never count.
- A subscription renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, All-Access keeps working for 7 days while you update your card.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a password, or a supported social account. Keep your password and your email inbox secure: anyone who can read your email can reset your password. One person per account.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or upload items, alone or in a bundle (see the licence page).
- Do not try to bypass previews, limits or payments, or scrape the site at a rate that affects other people.
- Do not abuse the refund or report tools.
We may pause an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will say why.
What we promise, and what we do not
Every item is tested before it goes on the shelf, and we fix or refund broken files (see the refund policy). Items are provided as is: they are small helpers, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything to do with an item is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using Pocketshelf after that means you accept the new version.
