Twenty-four questions for the first few minutes of a staff meeting or PD session, for a room of adults who would rather skip that part. They come in three groups of eight: work, life outside work and recommendations. None of them ask about family, health or feelings, and the file opens with one rule to say out loud: anyone can pass. Three plans fit the questions to 3, 5 or 10 minutes, with how to pair people, when to stop and what to do if the room stays quiet.
