About this item

A content calendar for a local shop that posts on a photo feed, short video and an email newsletter. It has 6 tabs: Start Here, Dashboard, Posts, Month View, Channels, Settings. Plan each post by date and channel, mark it Idea, Drafting, Scheduled or Posted, and see the month at a glance. The Dashboard with 3 charts shows how many posts went out in the month you pick (9 in the sample data), the engagement rate, what is due in the next 7 days and your best channel by engagement rate. You type reach, engagements and clicks yourself after posting, so nothing has to be linked to any platform. Posts says Late 3 days, Due today or Due in 2 days next to every row that is not posted. You get two files: one with sample data so you can see it working, and a blank copy with the same formulas. Nothing is password-locked. Made for Excel (XLSX).
