About this item

A shared expenses tracker for a couple who split costs in proportion to income. It has 6 tabs: Start Here, Dashboard, Expenses, Settle-Ups, Balances, Settings. Type monthly income once; each shared cost you log is split by that ratio, evenly, or charged to one person. The Dashboard with 3 charts shows what you spent together this month, how much needs to change hands to settle up ($691 in the sample data) and who pays whom, in one sentence. Log each payback on Settle-Ups and the balances update. Balances lists who paid, each person's share and a plain-words balance such as "Is owed" or "Owes". You get two files: one with sample data so you can see it working, and a blank copy with the same formulas. Nothing is password-locked. Made for Excel (XLSX).
