An SOP is a written procedure: who does a job, what they need, the steps, and what done looks like. These kits give a small business owner something to edit instead of a blank page.

About SOPs and onboarding
There is a kit for a retail shop, a home services business, an online shop and a small office. Each has six example SOPs with numbered steps and [PLACEHOLDERS] for your own details, a blank SOP template with nine headings, and a register to track them. The new-hire section has a first-day checklist, a day-by-day plan for the first two weeks, a handover sheet and questions for a 30-day check-in.
The kits do not include employment policies or safety procedures, and food service is left out. Each kit comes as a Word document, a PDF and a Markdown file, costs 2 credits, about $2, and has a Commercial licence when you unlock or buy it.
Questions people ask
Do the kits include employment policies?
No. They do not include employment policies or safety procedures. Add your own where a step is marked for them.
Can I use a kit for a different type of business?
You can edit any of them. The six example procedures are written for the business named in the kit, so pick the closest one and change the steps to match how you work.
