About this item
A 1099 contractor payment tracker for a trades business. It has 6 tabs: Start Here, Dashboard, Contractors, Payments, Year-End List, Settings. Log every payment to a contractor; each one adds up against the reporting threshold you type in Settings, and you choose which payment methods count. Contractors shows what each person was paid this year and says At or over · no W-9, Near your threshold or Under your threshold. The Dashboard with 3 charts shows what you paid contractors ($26,190 in the sample data), how many are at or over your threshold and how many are still missing a W-9. Year-End List gathers everyone at or over the threshold, with what is still missing, ready to print. Payments has a Job column, and the Dashboard shows what you paid for each job. It does not store tax ID numbers. It tracks your numbers; it is not tax advice. You get two files: one with sample data so you can see it working, and a blank copy with the same formulas. Nothing is password-locked. Made for Excel (XLSX).
