About this item

A time and billing tracker for a bakery. It has 5 tabs: Start Here, Dashboard, Time Log, Clients, Settings. The Dashboard with 3 charts shows hours for the month you pick, the billable share, the value of billable work you have not invoiced yet ($5,273 in the sample data) and your effective hourly rate, with a doughnut of hours by client and billable against other hours for every month. Log one row per block of work. Each client has an hourly rate in Settings, so value is worked out for you and only billable time counts. Mark rows Billed when you invoice them. You get two files: one with sample data so you can see it working, and a blank copy with the same formulas. Nothing is password-locked. Made for Excel (XLSX).
